2. Program overview

3. Process flow
The system welding workflow is as follows.
1) Welding workpieces are prepared according to the requirements of the drawings.
2) The operator places the work piece on the work to be welded, relies on the positioning block and the quick clamp to limit and press, and then press the start button.
3) The robot starts welding automatically from the set position. At this time, the worker goes to station two to clamp the workpiece.
4) When the robot finishes welding at station 1, and starts automatic welding at station 2, the operator arrives at station 1 to disassemble the welded product and continue to clamp the workpiece.

Anti-collision function: When the robot welding torch collides with an external object, it can automatically fold back to protect the welding torch and the robot body.
Teaching programming: Realize on-site programming through the teach pendant configured by the robot.
Status display: The robot can display the operating status of the entire robot system through the teach pendant, including program operating status, welding process parameter changes, system parameter changes, robot current position, execution history, safety signals, alarm records, etc.
Users can know the status of the robot system in time, so as to prevent problems in the robot system in advance.
Input/output files: the system files and teaching program files in the robot system can be stored in the memory card inside the robot control cabinet, or extracted to external equipment, so that the customer can regularly back up the system files, once the robot system has problems You can restore system files to solve robot-related problems.
