Product Description

This machine is mainly used for punching holes and cut to length on angle steel. The positioning, feeding of the machine are all driven by servo motors,mainly used in Telecommunication tower, solar mounting, warehousing storage, granary, scaffolding and automobile industries.

The main working process as follows:

• The angle steel will be loaded on the transverse table is moved by the chains,then the loading system load the angle material on the infeed conveyor
• The angle steel clamped and positioned by PLC controlled gripper arm, then will be brought into the marking unit first
• After materials are positioned,
• Hydraulic clamps fall and hold materials.
• The Marking unit has 4 groups of Character Boxes, it will mark according to the program automatically.
• There are three punching heads on both left and right side, the diameter of punching head can be different or the same, punching head can move up and down according to the program value.
• After the hole is proceed, upper hydraulic clamps are opened and the materials is positioned to the next punching coordinates again. All these operations are repeated for the whole length of the materials.
• After punching, the work piece can be cut to lenth by Cutting Unit, and unload by discharge conveyors automatically.

Infeeding Carriage

The feeding car consist of moveable cart, clamp , clamping cylinder, swing cylinder, servo motor, etc. During feeding work, the trolley is guided by two precision guide rails on the feeding conveyor, which has the advantages of high precision, high stability
and low noise.

Driven by the motor and reducer through sprocket and chain, through three long shafts and six self-made couplings. This makes the angle steel stable and low noise during the conveying process

 

 

 

 

Marking Unit

The marking unit is composed of a bed support fixed on the machine base, a movable bed, a hydraulic power pressure head, and a
four-position oil cylinder that realizes the transposition of the four word boxes. According to the instructions of the computer,
print at the position required by the drawing. In order to meet the processing range of the machine, a manual adjustment mechanism
is added, which can be used to change the down position of the mobile body (namely the position of the word head) to adapt to the
typing position of angles of different specifications.

 

Punching Unit

Equipped with three different specificationsofpunches on each side, and each punchhas a mold selection cylinder, which cancarry out multiple rows and different hole punching processes on the two wings of the angle steel.

 

Cutting Unit

Flat steel straight shear and shear with arc

Out feeding Conveyor

Composed of feeding roller, work piece support roller, double-sided or single-sided turning cylinder. Turn the process workpieceout through the left or right dump button.
