Production process
Uncoiling → Feeding and Leveling → Cutting, Pressing, Welding → Roll Forming → Cutting → Discharging

 Machine composition
1. Uncoiling; the machine is a single support, the hydraulic cylinder drives the tensioning mechanism through the transmission mechanism, so that the coil material is automatically tensioned, and the oil cylinder pipeline is connected as a rotary joint
2. Feeding leveling machine; the machine is composed of power traction rollers and leveling rollers, which should enable the sheet to be uncoiled smoothly and enter the leveling machine for leveling
3. Cutting head pressing and welding platform; it is composed of 2 pairs of adjustable side rollers, shearing machine and pressing mechanism. Ensure fast feeding and good neutrality.
4. Roll-bending forming machine; independent frame is adopted, and a corresponding number of horizontal arches are allocated according to each product process pass.
5. Cutting machine; hydraulic cutting is adopted. This unit is composed of a follow-up trolley and a cutting machine. The stopper of the pallet is used to determine the length, and the machine is stopped for cutting, and the accuracy reaches ±2mm.
6. Hydraulic system; there are two hydraulic systems in the whole line, each with a set of welded oil tank, plunger pump, hydraulic valve block and valve group, oil filter, oil cooling system and pipeline
7. Electrical control system; the drive motor of the roll forming machine adopts a DC motor, and the control is an imported digital DC speed regulating device, with speed setting and fault alarm
